These Terms set out the rules for using the Onyxbluffclub website and any service, booking or experience arranged through it.

1. Accepting these Terms

By visiting or using this website you accept these Terms. If you disagree, kindly refrain from using the site.

2. Age requirement

This website and our resort are meant for adult guests aged 18 and over only. By confirming your age on the entry page you affirm that this applies to you. We may ask for photographic identification upon arrival.

3. Bookings and payment

• All reservations depend on availability and confirmation.
• Prices are quoted in EUR and include statutory VAT where applicable; city tax and gratuities may be additional.
• A valid credit card is required to guarantee a reservation. Full payment is taken on departure unless otherwise agreed.

4. Cancellation

Reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to fourteen (14) days before arrival. Within fourteen days the first night is charged; no-shows are charged the full stay. Best Available Rates may be cancelled until 48 hours before arrival. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

5. Guest conduct

We may decline service or end a stay when a guest puts staff or other guests at risk, damages property, ignores our gaming rules, or otherwise breaches reasonable standards of behaviour.

6. Gaming

Gaming on our property follows International law and is available only to guests aged 18 and over. We encourage responsible gaming; self-exclusion and limits can be arranged at any time with our gaming host.

7. Liability

We exercise all reasonable care to maintain a safe setting. Our liability is capped to the fullest degree allowed by applicable law. We are not responsible for valuables left outside the in-room safe or hotel safe.

8. Intellectual property

Everything on this website (text, images, logos, design) belongs to Onyxbluffclub or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and related intellectual-property laws.

9. Links to other sites

This website may include links to third-party sites. We accept no responsibility for the content or practices of those sites.

10. Governing law

These Terms follow the law of International. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cannes.
